measure before you train

AI maturity audit. Know where you stand.

Before you train anyone, know where you stand. The audit looks at your people, your technical setup, your data and your security and rules, and ends in a written report: a maturity score per area, the risks, and a plan for who needs which training and what to fix first.

What the audit looks at

People

Skills, habits and how much the team trusts and uses AI

  • How the team uses AI today, and how confident they are
  • Which skills are missing, per role
  • Who could become a champion

Technical setup

Which tools are in use, and how well they connect

  • Which AI tools are in use, official and unofficial
  • How well your systems connect
  • Where AI would save the most time

Data

Where information lives, and whether AI can use it safely

  • Where your information lives, and its quality
  • What may and may not go into AI tools
  • What AI could safely use

Security and rules

Agreements on what may go into AI, and the EU AI Act

  • Agreements and policies on AI use
  • Risks around customer and personal data
  • Where you stand on AI literacy under the EU AI Act

How it runs

  1. Scoping call

20 minutes to agree what we look at and who takes part. You get a fixed price.

  2. Survey and interviews

A short survey for the whole team, and interviews with the people who know the work and the systems.

  3. Written report

A maturity score per area, the main risks, and a training and action plan in order of priority.

  4. Walkthrough

We go through the report together, so you know what to do first, and what can wait.

What you get

  • A maturity score for people, technical setup, data and security
  • The risks, in plain language, with what to do about each
  • A training plan: who needs what, and in which order
  • A report you keep and can share with your management
