First the why
People adopt what they understand and control. So I explain what AI can and cannot do before anyone is asked to use it.
hi, I'm Matthijs
I'm Matthijs Veenendaal. I studied work and organisational psychology, learned the engineering craft, and I have spent more than twenty years helping organisations change how they work.

More than 2,000 people trained. At an insurer, AI took over routine claims handling: 98% less manual work, and the team helped twice as many customers with the same people. Six years as IT manager and CTO of a 500-person company. Fifteen departments of a national financial authority delivering a high-stakes project on time.
I lead AI rollouts, coach teams and whole departments, and build custom AI systems for clients and for my own businesses: a startup with 1,500 customers that runs by conversation, a studio its customers book through ChatGPT, and my own admin for four companies. That is the experience I teach from: what holds up with real clients and real data, not in demos.
Most AI projects are built by people who never ask how work actually gets done, or advised by people who never connect anything. I do both. You get a system that works, and a team that uses it.
People adopt what they understand and control. So I explain what AI can and cannot do before anyone is asked to use it.
AI connects to the systems you already run. No migration, no second source of truth, no new subscription to babysit.
The AI drafts, a person confirms, and nothing changes silently. That is how trust is built, and how mistakes stay small.
A clear scope and a price agreed up front. Never an open hourly meter.
